Ingredients

Litsea cubeba (May Chang) — 100% pure essential oil. Certified organic.

Instructions

Diffusion: add 5-10 drops to a diffuser; blend with 5 drops lemon and 3 drops cedarwood atlas for extra freshness. Bath: add 10 drops to a warm bath and limit baths to 15 minutes. Skin: add a few drops to your favourite body moisturiser. Massage: dilute in a carrier oil before applying to skin. Patch test on a small area of skin before wider use.
