Ready to use - this is already a 3% blend and does not require further dilution. Apply directly to the desired area and massage in gently, or add it to another blend or gel. Pulse points: apply 1 drop as required. Body: massage gently into the chest and throat as often as needed. Not suitable for use in a diffuser or in the bath. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Patch test on a small area of skin before wider use.
