Leaf of Melissa officinalis, distilled in France, is the sole source of this Absolute Essential oil, offered pure and certified organic in a small 2ml bottle. Its aromatic profile is led by citral, geraniol, citronellal and beta-caryophyllene.

Add around five drops to a diffuser, or to a warm bath for no longer than fifteen minutes. A single drop on the pulse points is a traditional aromatherapy way to invite calm and steadiness through a busy day.

Instructions

Diffusion: add 5 drops to a diffuser and refresh as desired. Bath: add 5 drops to the bath; keep aromatic baths to no more than 15 minutes. Pulse points: place 1 drop on the wrists or ankles. Massage: add 1 drop to 3-5ml of massage cream or carrier oil and apply to the desired area. For a more concentrated skin application, add 1-5 drops to 1ml of argan oil. Always dilute before applying to skin and patch test first.
