Occasional constipation can be uncomfortable and slow to resolve with oral laxatives, which may take a day or more to work. Microlax is a small, ready-to-use micro-enema that acts directly in the lower bowel, drawing water into the stool to soften it and stimulate a bowel motion - usually within 5 to 15 minutes. The compact tube with its pre-lubricated nozzle makes it straightforward and discreet to use at home.
