Cacao & Hemp: Oats, Dates, Peanuts, Coconut Sugar, Sunflower Oil, Manuka Blend Honey, Hemp Seeds (7%), Pumpkin Seeds, Sesame Seeds, Sunflower Seeds, Cacao (5%).
