Ingredients
- Ginger (Zingiber officinalis), Spearmint (Mentha spicatum). Both certified organic. Undiluted essential oil blend.
Instructions
Diffusion: add 5-10 drops to a diffuser, including overnight. Pulse points: smudge 2 drops onto pulse points as needed. Solar plexus: apply 1 drop directly, up to six times a day. Travel: add 1-3 drops to a spray bottle and spritz into the surrounding air or the car. Clothing: apply 3 drops as required. This blend is undiluted; dilute in a carrier oil before wider application to skin.
