When you feel the urge to smoke, chew one piece slowly until the taste becomes strong, then rest the gum between your cheek and gum; resume chewing when the taste fades. Use for at least 3 months, then gradually reduce the number of pieces per day; regular use beyond 12 months is generally not recommended.
