Calcium fluoride is one of the twelve original Schuessler cell salts, and No.1 has been part of the New Era range for close to ninety years. The mineral is finely triturated so it disperses readily, then moulded into a soft orosoluble tablet rather than a compressed one.
Each tablet melts on or under the tongue in seconds — no water, no swallowing — which makes the range easy for people who find ordinary tablets awkward. Added biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and to normal energy-yielding metabolism.

Instructions
Dissolve 4 to 8 tablets on or under the tongue 3 times per day. Children under 12 years of age should use half dosage. Tablets are designed to melt on or under the tongue rather than be chewed or swallowed with a drink; take 15 minutes before or after food or drink. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Always read the label and use only as directed.
