No.10 in the New Era range is sodium phosphate, prepared the same way as the rest of the twelve: triturated to fine particles, blended with a small amount of biotin, and moulded — not compressed — into a soft orosoluble tablet.
That moulding is what lets it melt on the tongue instead of being swallowed. Biotin contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and to normal energy-yielding metabolism, and each bottle holds 240 tablets.

Instructions
Dissolve 4 to 8 tablets on or under the tongue 3 times per day. Children under 12 years of age should use half dosage. Tablets are designed to melt on or under the tongue rather than be chewed or swallowed with a drink; take 15 minutes before or after food or drink. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
