Silica closes out the twelve Schuessler cell salts at No.12, and it is one of the range's most popular. Silicon dioxide is triturated to a fine particle size and moulded into an orosoluble tablet with a small amount of added biotin.
Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal hair and normal skin, a natural fit alongside silica. The tablets melt under the tongue, so there is no water needed and nothing to swallow.

Instructions
Dissolve 4 to 8 tablets on or under the tongue 3 times per day. Children under 12 years of age should use half dosage. Tablets are designed to melt on or under the tongue rather than be chewed or swallowed with a drink; take 15 minutes before or after food or drink. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Always read the label and use only as directed.
