Iron has a long history in the Schuessler cell salt tradition, and No.4 Ferr Phos is among the most familiar of the twelve. New Era triturates the iron phosphate to a fine particle size and moulds it into a soft FastMelt tablet that dissolves on contact with the tongue.
There is nothing to swallow and nothing to mix, so a dose can be taken anywhere. Biotin is included as a source of the nutrient, which contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Instructions
Dissolve 4 to 8 tablets on or under the tongue 3 times per day. Children under 12 years of age should use half dosage. Tablets are designed to melt on or under the tongue rather than be chewed or swallowed with a drink; take 15 minutes before or after food or drink. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
