Sodium chloride — plain salt, in cell salt form — is No.9 in the Schuessler series. New Era triturates it finely and moulds it into an orosoluble tablet that dissolves under the tongue in seconds, no water required.
It's a format that works well for children and for anyone who struggles with capsules, and the tablets can be crushed or dispersed in a little water if that's easier. Biotin is added as a source of the nutrient, contributing to the maintenance of normal skin and hair.

Instructions
Dissolve 4 to 8 tablets on or under the tongue 3 times per day. Children under 12 years of age should use half dosage. Tablets are designed to melt on or under the tongue rather than be chewed or swallowed with a drink; take 15 minutes before or after food or drink. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Always read the label and use only as directed.
