A blend of Bergamot, orange, grapefruit and lemon oils (cold pressed) with lime oil (steam distilled).

Diffuser or vaporiser: add a few drops to water and run as directed by your unit.
Room spray: about 30 drops to 30ml of water in a spray bottle.
On skin: dilute in a carrier oil such as jojoba, grapeseed, olive or almond first. Consult a professional reference for dilution ratios.
Close the cap tightly straight after use to limit oxidation.
