DESCRIPTION

Myristica fragrans fruit grown in Sri Lanka is distilled for this certified organic oil, 100% pure and undiluted in a 5ml bottle. Its aroma is warm, sweet and spicy, with a woody depth.

A drop or two suits a diffuser, and it dilutes readily into olive or sweet almond oil for abdominal or body massage. Nutmeg is traditionally used in aromatherapy for warmth and relaxation.

Ingredients

Myristica fragrans (Nutmeg) — 100% pure essential oil. Certified organic.

Instructions

Massage: dilute 2-3 drops in 5ml of olive oil and massage into the desired area, working in a clockwise direction over the abdomen. Alternatively dilute 3 drops in a quarter teaspoon of carrier oil and massage into the desired area. Bath: add 3 drops to a warm bath; limit baths to 15 minutes. Blending: combines well with peppermint, rosemary, ginger, black pepper or ylang ylang. Dilute before applying to skin and patch test a small area first.
