All essential oils should simply be blended in a carrier oil before applying to the skin. The dilution rate is usually 5 drops of essential oil blended into 10ml of carrier oil (carrier oils such as almond, apricot, avocado, jojoba, etc.).
Use: 4-8 drops in a vaporiser or diffuser.
Precautions
Never ingest essential oils.
Never use them undiluted on your skin.
If accidentally ingested do not induce vomiting, follow with olive oil or milk and seek advice from a health professional.
Avoid contact with eyes - flush with water.
Keep out of reach of children.
