Diffusion: add 10 drops to a diffuser and repeat as required; to enhance, blend with Geranium, Lavender Sweet or Cedarwood Atlas. Evening blend: 5 drops Orange Sweet, 3 drops Lavender and 2 drops Cedarwood Atlas in a diffuser. Bath: stir into half a cup of milk before adding to the water, as heat makes this oil more reactive with skin; avoid bath use on sensitive skin. Massage: dilute in a carrier oil such as sweet almond or jojoba and massage into the desired area. Patch test on a small area of skin before wider use.
