Add around ten drops to a diffuser, blend it with lavender or cedarwood for the evening, or dilute it in a carrier oil for massage. Orange sweet is traditionally associated with relaxation and a bright, welcoming atmosphere at home.

Ingredients

Citrus aurantium dulcis (Orange Sweet) — 100% pure essential oil. Certified organic.

Instructions

Diffusion: add 10 drops to a diffuser and repeat as required. Bath: disperse the drops in half a cup of milk before adding them to the bath; avoid bath use on sensitive skin. Massage: dilute 3-5 drops in 1 tsp of carrier oil and massage into the desired area. Patch test on a small area of skin before wider topical use.
