Honest to Goodness sprout the peas before processing them into a plain protein powder with nothing else in the tub: no sweetener, no flavour, no filler, no gum.
A 30g serve gives about 24.6g of protein, and the powder is naturally low in carbohydrate at 1g per 100g.
Unflavoured, so it disappears into a smoothie, stirs into oats or goes into baking. On its own in water it tastes of peas, which is the honest trade for a single ingredient powder.
