Add three drops to a diffuser, or five drops to a bath once a week. For skin, blend five drops into a teaspoon of body lotion and apply daily. It is associated with emotional balance and healthy-looking skin.

Ingredients

Instructions
Diffusion: add 3 drops to a diffuser every other day. Bath: add 5 drops to the bath once a week; keep aromatherapy baths to no more than 15 minutes. Skin: add 5 drops to 1ml of body lotion, or 3-5 drops to half a teaspoon of body cream, and massage into the desired area daily. Blends well with cypress, geranium, orange sweet, cedarwood atlas and lime. Patch test on a small area of skin before wider use.
