Ingredients
- Pau d'arco inner bark (Tabebuia heptaphylla). Each tablespoon serving provides 7g of inner bark.
Instructions
Add 1 tablespoon (7g) to approximately 950ml (2 pints) of boiling water and remove from heat. Steep for 20 minutes and strain. Makes 4 cups.
