DESCRIPTION

Cool, sharp and immediately recognisable, this certified organic oil is distilled from the leaf of Mentha piperita grown in France. It is 100% pure and undiluted, with menthol giving the aroma its clean, bracing edge.

Add a couple of drops to a diffuser or a steam inhalation, or dilute in a carrier oil and massage into the shoulders and neck. Peppermint is associated with a refreshed, alert feeling during a busy day.

Ingredients

Mentha piperita (Peppermint) — 100% pure essential oil. Certified organic.

Instructions

Diffusion: add a few drops to a diffuser. Steam inhalation: add 2-5 drops to a bowl of hot water and breathe the vapour. Massage: dilute 3-5 drops in 1 tsp of carrier oil and massage into the desired area. Topical: 1-2 drops may be applied to the temples, away from the eyes, or to the back of the neck. Patch test on a small area of skin first, as it may be irritating to skin.
