Each capsule provides 575mg. At one to two capsules a day, 120 capsules runs two to four months, which works out better per capsule than the 30 or 50. Suitable for long term use, and safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Instructions
Adults: take 1 to 2 capsules daily before food. May be increased to 4 capsules daily if required.
