Two plant compounds that are usually sold separately, put in one capsule because they are studied together as often as not.
The pomegranate is POMANOX, a Punica granatum fruit extract at 300mg per capsule. Pomegranate is one of the more heavily researched fruit extracts, and a standardised branded version tells you what you are actually getting.
The quercetin is QuerciFen at 50mg, providing 10mg of quercetin in a micellar-hydrogel formulation. That delivery system is the reason the two numbers differ, and it exists because quercetin on its own is absorbed poorly.
Adults 18 and over: one capsule daily, with or without food.
