Quercetin is a flavonoid found in onions, apples and capers, and like most flavonoids it is absorbed poorly in its plain form. This one uses Phytosome delivery, in which the quercetin is bound to phospholipid rather than left loose in the capsule.
The quercetin is sourced from Styphnolobium japonicum, the Japanese pagoda tree, which is one of the richest botanical sources of it. It is supplied as a quercetin-phospholipid complex with sunflower lecithin forming the carrier.
One to two capsules per day with food, taken in divided doses, or as recommended by your healthcare professional. Note this one is for adults over 18 rather than over 12, which differs from most of the Natroceutics range.
