Quercetin can support recovery during ills and chills season or when your immune system needs extra support. Vitamin C from calcium ascorbate threonate is a non-acidic and buffered form of Vitamin C that has been shown to be better absorbed and last longer in the body than ascorbic acid.
500mg of quercetin per daily dose is accompanied by zinc, quercetin supports the absorption of zinc into cells.
