A low-temperature wall-breaking and fractional precipitation process helps retain the natural beta-glucan and polysaccharide content, making this a concentrated addition to coffee, cacao or a daily tonic.

Low-temperature wall-breaking and fractional precipitation processing is used to retain polysaccharides (33%), beta glucan (22%) and triterpenes (1%).

Instructions
Directions: 1g (1/2 metric teaspoon) per day in hot water or coffee. Do not heat above 70°C.
