Diffusion: 5-6 drops in a diffuser, refreshed as required, or up to 10 drops for a larger room. Pulse points: dab 1-2 drops on the wrists. Massage: dilute 5 drops in 1 tsp of a carrier oil or unscented body lotion and massage into the desired area. Bath: disperse up to 10 drops in a tablespoon of carrier oil before adding to the water, and keep the bath to 15 minutes. Hair and scalp: mix 3-5 drops into 1 tsp of argan oil, apply to damp hair, leave 30 minutes or overnight, then rinse and shampoo. Patch-test a small area of skin before first use. Best used earlier in the day if you are a sensitive sleeper.
