Use sparingly; sage is a potent oil and small amounts are sufficient. Diffusion: add 1-2 drops, with 4-5 drops of Lemon, to a diffuser and replenish as required. Compress: add 2 drops, with 4 drops of Rose or Geranium Rose, to hot or warm water, soak a cloth, wring it out thoroughly and apply to the desired area. Massage: dilute well in a carrier oil before applying to skin. Avoid contact with eyes; flush with water if contact occurs. Patch test on a small area of skin before wider use.
