So named for its likeness to spaghetti, this seaweed has a dramatic colour and will take on the flavour of whatever it's soaked in to rehydrate, making it a rather special culinary ingredient! Soak branches in tepid water or a liquid of your choice to experiment with flavour, for at least 30 minutes or boil/steam to speed the process.
