Skin + Gut takes an inside-out approach, combining polaprezinc (an advanced zinc-carnosine compound) with zinc gluconate, copper, betacarotene, vitamins B5 and D3, chromium and the probiotic Saccharomyces boulardii. Burdock root, long valued in Western herbal traditions, completes this doctor-formulated blend supporting both skin health and gut health.

Two capsules a day, one with breakfast and one with dinner, keep the routine simple alongside other My Way Up products.

Instructions

Take 1 capsule in the morning with food and 1 capsule in the evening with food, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Suitable for ages 15 and up. Can be used with all other My Way Up products; if using My Way Up Gut Repair at the same time, take this capsule with a separate meal.
