This is the lighter spread in the Pistabella range, made with 15% Turkish pistachios for a gentle nutty flavour and a smooth, creamy texture that goes on toast without tearing it. No palm oil and no artificial flavours.

It is a sweet spread rather than a nut butter, made with skimmed milk powder, so think of it the way you would a chocolate spread. Good on toast and pancakes, stirred through warm oats, or straight from the jar.

If you want the pistachio stronger, Pistabella's Classic Gold carries twice as much. 200g jar.

Ingredients

Pistabella do not publish the full ingredient list for the 15% Smooth spread online. What they state: 15% Turkish pistachios, skimmed milk powder, no palm oil and no artificial flavours. The full list is printed on the jar.

Instructions

Spread on toast or pancakes, stir into warm oats, or eat from the jar.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
