Solgar® Calcium Magnesium Plus Boron contains the minerals calcium, magnesium and boron.
Calcium is a mineral which can be found in food sources like broccoli, dairy products, and sardines. It is stored mainly in our bones, and it supports healthy bones and teeth. As we age the absorption of calcium decreases, making it even more important to make sure we are getting enough calcium. Along with physical activity, adequate calcium intake supports bone health.
Magnesium is an important mineral that supports numerous body processes. It can be found in foods like leafy greens, nuts & seeds, eggs and kelp. Magnesium supports energy production, muscle relaxation, nervous system function, sleep and normal cardiovascular function.
Boron is a trace mineral which can be found in whole foods such as beans, nuts, grains and avocados, as well as in fruits like berries, oranges and grapes. Small amounts of boron can also be found in our drinking water. Boron supports bone and joint health.

Directions for use
As a dietary supplement for adults, three (3) tablets daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use.
