Two tablets provide:

- L-lysine (as L-lysine HCl) | 50mg
- L-proline | 50mg
- Zinc (as citrate) | 15mg
- Copper (as bisglycinate) | 2000 micrograms

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose (bulking agent), silicon dioxide, vegetable stearic acid and vegetable magnesium stearate (anti-caking agents), cross-linked cellulose gum, hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose and vegetable glycerin (glazing agents).
