Non-Active Ingredients: Vegetable Capsule Shell: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, Anti-caking Agents: silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate, Bulking Agent: hydroxypropyl cellulose.

Warning: Persons with bi-polar (manic depression) should not take methionine. 

It is advised to ensure adequate intake of vitamins B6, B12 and folic acid when taking high levels of L-methionine.
