Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin and can be found in foods like nuts, nut oils, olive oil, green leafy vegetables and avocados. Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol) is an antioxidant and supports cells from oxidative stress by free radicals. It also supports immune system function. Dietary supplementation can be of assistance to support dietary intake.
