DESCRIPTION

Grown in Morocco and distilled from the whole spearmint plant, Mentha spicata gives a sweet, minty and uplifting aroma. Absolute Essential offers it certified organic, 100% pure and undiluted, in a 10ml bottle.

Add five drops to a diffuser alongside rosemary or sweet orange, or mix five to ten drops into two millilitres of olive oil and massage clockwise over the abdomen. It is associated with refreshed energy and alertness.

Mentha spicata (Spearmint) — 100% pure essential oil. Certified organic.

Instructions

Diffusion: add 5 drops to a diffuser and refresh every hour; pairs well with rosemary cineol, sweet orange or ginger. Massage: mix 5-10 drops into 2ml of olive oil and massage clockwise over the abdomen. Topical: rub 1 drop onto the solar plexus. Dilute before applying to skin. Avoid contact with eyes. Patch test on a small area of skin before wider use.
