Ingredients
- A set of seven 10ml certified organic essential oils and pure blends: Lavender True (Lavandula angustifolia maillette); Peppermint (Mentha piperita); Eucalyptus Australiana (Eucalyptus radiata); Lemon (Citrus limonum); Deep Sleep Pure Blend; Stress Less Pure Blend (Bergamot, Sandalwood Australian, Lavender Sweet, Petitgrain Bigarade); Tranquility Pure Blend (Sandalwood Australian, Orange Sweet, Lavender Sweet, Chamomile Roman). Presented in a handcrafted gift box made from sustainable Nepalese Lokta bush paper.
Instructions
All seven bottles hold undiluted oils or blends, so dilute or disperse before use. Diffusion: add 5–15 drops to a diffuser and run for about 20 minutes; replenish as required. Bath: mix 5–10 drops into a quarter cup of full-fat milk (nut, bean, grain or dairy) and add to the water as the bath runs; keep aromatic baths to 15 minutes. Massage: dilute about 5 drops in 1 teaspoon of carrier oil such as jojoba or almond, then massage into the desired area. Topical: place 1 drop on the back of the neck or the wrists. Room and linen: add 2–3 drops to a collar or pillow. Patch-test any diluted oil on a small area of skin before first use. Not for internal use. Keep the caps firmly closed between uses.
