Sixty grams of carbohydrate from a dual-carb blend, mixed into exactly 500ml of water — which is why Styrkr's bottles have a moulded ridge at that mark. Electrolytes are included so you are rehydrating rather than only fuelling, and L-glutamine is part of the formulation. It is pH balanced with no unnecessary preservatives, and Styrkr specifically formulate it to sit gently in the stomach, which is the practical difference between a mix you can drink for four hours and one you cannot. 100% vegan and manufactured in the UK.
