The kit contains a Styrkr bottle, one MIX60 drink mix, one GEL30 energy gel and one SLT05 electrolyte serving — so you get a drink mix, a gel and an electrolyte in a single purchase and can work out which format you actually reach for. Gels suit some people and sit badly with others; the same is true of drinking your carbohydrate rather than chewing it. Cheaper than finding out one product at a time.
