DESCRIPTION

Pure manuka honey, set hard into a lozenge, with nothing else in it - no glucose syrup, no added sugar, no water. That is unusual: most honey lozenges are a boiled sweet with honey flavouring. These are certified UMF™ 8+ manuka, equivalent to MGO 182+, in a pack of eight small enough to live in a handbag or a glovebox. Sweet with a subtle tang and a smooth golden texture that softens slowly rather than cracking. Handy when a spoon and a jar are not practical. From Tahi's Northland sanctuary, where 100% of the profits go back into regeneration work.
