Ingredients

Instructions
Diffusion: add 5 drops to a diffuser and repeat hourly; 5 drops of Lemon can be added to lift the scent. Footbath: add 5 drops to a foot bath, or dab a single drop directly onto the desired area; repeat regularly as required. Bath: add 10 drops to the bath and repeat for at least five consecutive days; limit baths to 15 minutes. Skin: blend 3 drops with 20 drops of jojoba oil and apply with a cotton ball or a clean fingertip. Bathing: add 5 drops to a bowl of warm water (250-500ml) with a little salt and apply with a face cloth; keep out of the eyes. Patch test on a small area of skin before wider use.
