DESCRIPTION

Thymus vulgaris CT thymol, distilled from the plant in France, is a certified organic single oil with a warm, sharply herbaceous aroma. Thymol, paracymene and gamma-terpinene are among its main naturally occurring components. Supplied 100% pure in 5ml.

A little goes a long way: add a few drops to a diffuser or to a warm bath, or dilute well in a carrier oil for massage. Thyme is traditionally used in aromatherapy for a fortifying atmosphere and to support normal immune function.

Thymus vulgaris CT thymol (Thyme Thymol) — 100% pure essential oil. Certified organic.

Instructions

Diffusion: add 8 drops to a diffuser. Steam inhalation: add 3 drops to a bowl of hot water, drape a towel over your head and breathe the vapour. Bath: add 8 drops with 1 cup of Epsom salts to a warm bath; limit baths to 15 minutes. Massage: dilute well in a carrier oil before applying to skin, as thyme may irritate sensitive skin. Avoid contact with eyes. Patch test on a small area of skin before wider use.
