Seven to ten drops in a diffuser will fill a room, and a few drops blend readily into massage oil alongside ylang ylang, vanilla or sandalwood. The aroma is traditionally associated in aromatherapy with calm and an uplifted mood.

Instructions

Diffusion: add 7-10 drops to a diffuser. Massage: add a few drops to your favourite massage oil; it pairs well with ylang ylang, vanilla or sandalwood. Bath: add a few drops to a warm bath and limit baths to 15 minutes. Use in small amounts only and dilute before applying to skin. Patch test on a small area of skin before wider use.
