- A blend of Grapefruit, Lemon, Rosemary, Juniper Berry and Basil.
Massage or body oil: 5 drops per 10ml of carrier oil such as sweet almond or jojoba.
Bath: 4-6 drops stirred through a little carrier oil or milk once the water has run.
Inhalation: straight from the bottle, or a few drops on a tissue.
