Adults: take 3.1 g (about 1 1/3 teaspoons) daily, ideally in the morning. Newcomers can start at 1/4 teaspoon and increase over a week or two.

Sift or whisk into a little hot water to break up any lumps, then add hot or steamed plant milk. It also works stirred through tea, coffee, hot chocolate or a smoothie. As this is a refill pouch, decant a week or two at a time into a small airtight jar and keep the main bag sealed with its desiccant, pressing out excess air. Always use a dry spoon. Store cool and dry, or refrigerate in humid conditions.
