Adults: take 1.1 g (about 1/2 teaspoon) once or twice daily. If you are new to tonic mushrooms, begin with 1/4 teaspoon and build up over a week or two.

Eat straight from the spoon, or stir into hot water, plant milk, tea, coffee, cacao or a smoothie. It also blends into broths, congee, porridge and desserts. Use a dry spoon each time and reseal the jar promptly. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight; the fridge or freezer is recommended in humid climates. If the powder clumps, shake the jar.
