Other ingredients: none. Single-ingredient extract with no fillers, binders, grain starches, added sugar or flavouring.

Adults: take 1.1 g (about 1/2 teaspoon) once or twice daily, working up from 1/4 teaspoon if you are new to tonic mushrooms.

Stir into hot water or plant milk for an instant tonic tea, or add to coffee, cacao, smoothies, broths, porridge and baking. Because this is a bulk pouch, decant what you need into a smaller airtight jar and keep the main bag sealed with its desiccant, pressing out excess air each time. Always scoop with a dry spoon. Store in a cool, dry place; the pouch can be frozen in a sealed container, and refrigeration or freezing is recommended in humid climates.
