Adults: take 1.4 g (about 1/2 teaspoon) once or twice daily. Start at 1/4 teaspoon daily if you are new to tonic mushrooms and increase gradually.

Stir into hot water or plant milk for an instant tonic tea, or add to coffee, broths, soups, casseroles and smoothies — the earthy flavour suits savoury food particularly well. Scoop with a dry spoon, reseal the jar and store in a cool, dry place such as a pantry; keep the desiccant in the jar and refrigerate or freeze in humid climates. Shake the jar occasionally if the powder clumps.

Not suitable for anyone allergic to culinary mushrooms. Safety during pregnancy and breastfeeding has not been established, so avoid use at these times unless directed by a healthcare professional.
