DESCRIPTION

Bright and citrus-led, this certified organic 10ml pure blend layers grapefruit, rosemary cineol and petitgrain bigarade with lemon, bergamot and lime. The oils are supplied undiluted, so the aroma stays fresh and unmistakably zesty.

Five to ten drops in a diffuser carries it through a room, and the same amount stirred into half a cup of milk works in a running bath. Absolute Essential describes Uplift as supporting a positive mood and a shift in perspective.

Ingredients

Grapefruit, Rosemary Cineol, Petitgrain Bigarade (Citrus auranthium aur.), Lemon (Citrus limonum), Bergamot (Citrus auranthium var. bergamia), Lime (Citrus aurantifolia). All certified organic. Undiluted essential oil blend.

Instructions

Diffusion: add 5-10 drops to a diffuser and repeat as required. Bath: stir 5-10 drops into half a cup of any milk and add to running bath water; limit baths to 15 minutes. Pulse points: apply 1 drop and repeat as required. Massage: blend a few drops into 1 tsp of a carrier oil or body cream before applying more widely. Patch test on a small area of skin before wider use.
