Ayurda Ayurvedic Vata Tea is a blend of herbs and spices such as Black Cardamom, Clove and Long Pepper, which have been found beneficial for supporting movement and improving internal circulation. A traditional healing infusion recommended by Ayurveda, the Vata Tea helps to manage symptoms of imbalance such as constipation, sleep disturbance, dry skin and tiredness.

DIRECTIONS
Add ½ to 1 tsp of tea to one cup of hot water and steep for 3 minutes. Strain and drink while hot. Add honey for sweetness (only after the water is warm).
